I have been working Ower 12 years, I have never knew or noticed anything about my pension, until few months ago. Towards the end of the 2025 my company has been taking over by another company, Than I received first time from Natwest Cushon, asking if I have any other pensions from the other companies, they could transfer them all in one place. I was quiet surprised, I gave them a list of my privious work addresses and they did, check and transferred all my available funds, from those old companies or organisation, to a single place, I couldn't never do. I am so grateful what they did and they still doing asking me if any other funds somewhere. First time I could managed to see my collected funds over the years, from the different companies. I recommend to everyone, like my self, not been involved or interested with your past working history, or your collected funds, ower the years, may do help you, if you in any economical difficulties. I raised an issue with cushion that hadn’t been dealt with, once I raised this issue again cushion apologised, went about correcting the problem very professional and sorted it out very quickly which restored my faith in the company
